Please note: Only products purchased on agrariahome.com may be returned for refund or exchange at this time.

Damaged/Faulty Items

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. If for any reason the items you receive are faulty in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund.

Please have your order number along with your email address and phone number ready for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available.
